2. Purpose

This website describes Sanzar Group’s two lines of work: attitude determination and control systems (ADCS) for satellites, and the Sanzar360 platform for Earth observation, sensors and artificial intelligence. It also includes a blog with news and articles.

No products are sold and no services are contracted through this website. Any contract is made separately, through an offer or agreement signed by both parties.

3. Terms of use

Access to this website is free and requires no registration. By browsing it, you become a user and accept these terms in the version published at that time.

You agree to use the website and its content lawfully, in good faith and in line with these terms. In particular, you must not:

• use it for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms the rights or interests of Sanzar Group or of third parties;
• try to access restricted areas, such as the content editing area, or the systems of Sanzar Group or its providers;
• introduce or spread viruses or other software that may cause damage;
• extract content in bulk or by automated means, except for normal indexing by search engines.

Sanzar Group may temporarily suspend access to the website without notice for maintenance, updates or technical reasons.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The content of this website belongs to Sanzar Group or to third parties who have authorised its use. This includes text, images, graphic design, source code, logos, trademarks and trade names. It is protected by Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 (Intellectual Property Act), Law 17/2001 on Trademarks and other applicable law.

You may view the content, print it and keep a copy for personal, non-commercial use. You may also share links to the pages and quote short extracts, citing the source. Any other reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation requires Sanzar Group’s prior written permission.

The Earth textures come from NASA Visible Earth’s Blue Marble and Black Marble collections, and the Moon texture from NASA Scientific Visualization Studio’s CGI Moon Kit. All are in the public domain.

5. Nature of the information

The information on this website is general and informative. Technical specifications, performance figures, timelines and results, including those of projects and pilots, are indicative and may change. They are not a binding offer or a guarantee of results. The terms that apply to each product or service are those set out in the relevant offer or contract.

Blog articles reflect the state of the work on their publication date and the views of their authors.

Sanzar Group works to keep the information accurate and up to date, and to keep the website running without interruption. Even so, it cannot guarantee this at all times. To the extent permitted by law, Sanzar Group is therefore not liable for:
